This app provides access to resources that support shared understanding about between Yol?u (First Nations Australians from Northeast Arnhem Land and Balanda (non-Indigenous) people about education systems, practices and priorities. These resources share information about the Yol?u child’s learning contexts and pathway, the Australian education system and English terms that Yol?u want to better understand.

Anyone who downloads or uses the app (free trial user or paid for users) must agree to the following rules:

No personal information (e.g. names, emails or IP addresses) are collected by us when you use this app. You also don't have to register or set up an account to use the app.

If you agree with and follow the terms and conditions described above, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view any Content only for your personal and non-commercial (not to make money) purposes. You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, download, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the App content except as expressly permitted in these Terms. Any misuse of the App may be pursued by us to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Charles Darwin University does not warrant that any of the files available for downloading through the Apple Store or Google App Store will be free of viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.
